Spaghetti Mushroom Sauce
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Spaghetti sauce||32 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Canned mushroom pieces and stems||4 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Sherry||4 Tablespoon (optional)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bay leaf||1 Large|
Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole.
Add onion and garlic.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 20 to 30 minutes, or until flavors are blended, stirring 3 or 4 times.
Remove bay leaf.
