Spicy Minced Beef With Pasta And Peppers

Ingredients
  Pasta twists 2 Ounce (50 g)
  Corn oil 5 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Ginger pulp 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic pulp 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Minced beef 1 Pound (500 g)
  Green pepper 1 , cored, deseeded and sliced
  Yellow pepper 1 , cored, deseeded and sliced
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook the pasta twists in a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the corn oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and fry until soft and golden brown. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric and ground coriander and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the minced beef and stir-fry using the bhoonoing method, for 5-7 minutes. Add the peppers and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the fresh coriander and stir it into the beef. Finally, drain the pasta well and stir it in to the beef over a high heat to warm through.
