Chicken Pasta Primavera
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||6 Ounce (2 pieces, 3 ounces each)|
|Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 inch thick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Hot cooked fettuccine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Creamy ranch dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Half and half/Milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Cut chicken breast halves crosswise into 1-inch strips.
Place chicken, broccoli, carrot and garlic in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until vegetables are tender and chicken is done, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Toss chicken, vegetables and remaining ingredients.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
