Spaghetti With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic bud 1 , minced
  Canned mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Olive salad/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot red pepper 1 Small
  Tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz) (Italian Type Preferred)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked spaghetti 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

1. Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the oil 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Be careful not to let onions brown.
2. Add the beef, saute 2 minutes longer, stirring.
3. Add the red pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, boiling water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Remove the red pepper.
4. Pour over cooked spaghetti on a large warmed platter. Pass grated Parmesan cheese with it.
