|Vermicelli||12 Ounce (Uncooked)|
|Sweet butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Heavy cream/Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add butter, cream, cheese and parsley; toss until vermicelli is well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
