Ingredients
  Orsi/Risoni 350 Gram (Rice Shaped Pasta)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Dried chile flakes 1 Pinch
  Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (2 Handful)
  Spring onions 6 , finely sliced
  Gem lettuce 1 Small, shredded (1 Handful)
  Flat leaf parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roughly chopped
  Basil leaves 12 , ripped
  Lemon 1 , juiced
Directions

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, then drain and return to the saucepan.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large wok, add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the spinach and, using a pair of tongs, keep turning the spinach over until it has wilted, this should take about 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Add the greens to the pasta and toss to combine, then serve immediately.
