Brown Rice Vermicelli And Liver Pilaf

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 1⁄2 Pound, halved
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely diced onion 4 Ounce
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, seeded and finely diced
  Cooked toasted enriched vermicelli 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Cooked toasted brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  No sugar added tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place livers in broiler pan and broil 4 inches from source of heat 3 to 4 minutes, turning until all sides are browned.
Transfer to saucepan and add vegetables.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
Divide evenly.
