  White pepper/ salt   , pene pasta and locatelli cheese to top it off (PENE PASTA AND LOCATELLI CHEESE TO TOP IT OFF garlic evoo pine nutsasparagus tips chicken base wine pepper)
Directions

SAUTE 6 SLICED CLOVES OF GARLIC IN 2 CUPS OF EVOO UNTIL GARLIC IS TACKY. ADD 4 CUPS OF CHICKEN BROTH AND BRING TO A SIMMER. ADD 4 CUPS OF PINE NUTS AND LET SIMMER FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES. ADD 6 CUPS OF ASPARAGUS TIPS AND SIMMER AGAIN FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE AND A CUP OR TWO OF WHITE WINE JUST BEFORE SERVING. ADD TO YOUR ALDENTE' COOKED PENNE PASTA AND TOP OFF WITH GENEROUS SPRINKLES OF LOCATELLI CHEESE. BUON APPETITE'
