Salmon Pasta With Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon fillet 1 Pound, skinned (450 Gram)
  Pasta 8 Ounce (Such As Penne, 225 Gram, 3 Cups)
  Cherry tomatoes 6 Ounce, halved (175 Gram)
  Low fat cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cup)
  Finely chopped parsley 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Orange 1⁄2 , rind grated finely
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a heatproof plate and cover with foil.
2. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and return tc the boil. Place the plate of salmon on top and simmer for 10-12 minutes,
3. Drain the pasta and toss with the tomatoes and salmon. Mix together the creme fraiche, parsley, orange rind and pepper to taste, then toss into the salmon and pasta and serve hor or cold.
