Spaghetti With Prawns, Coriander And Peanuts

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 250 Gram
  Uncooked prawns 1 Kilogram (40 Medium Sized)
  Peanut oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Red capsicum 350 Gram, sliced thinly (1 Large Sized)
  Chopped raw peanuts 50 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Lime juice 80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Sweet chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook pasta in large pan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Meanwhile, shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
Heat half the oil in wok or large pan; cook prawns, capsicum and peanuts until prawns just change colour.
Add pasta, remaining oil, juice, sauce and coriander to pan; gently stir- fry until prawns are tender.
