Garlic Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 3 Pound
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), pressed / finely chopped
  Canned tomatoes 32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Canned tomato sauce 32 Ounce (4 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned tomato paste 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Water 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley/1/4 cup dried parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 3 Teaspoon
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 4
  Fennel seed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Crumble beef into 5-quart casserole dish.
Add oil, onion, peppers and garlic.
MICROWAVE 8 MINUTES on HIGH, or until beef is set.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on HIGH, then 90 MINUTES on '5'.
