Chicken Boscaiola With Fettuccine
|Bacon rashers||3 , chopped|
|Basic chicken mixture||4 Ounce (1/4 Portion Basic Chicken Mixture)|
|Cream||125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely grated parmesan cheese||20 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped fresh basil leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Shredded Basil Leaves)|
Cook bacon in heated pan until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
Combine bacon with Basic Chicken Mixture, cream and water; cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through.
Stir in cheese and basil, [can be prepared ahead to this point; refrigerate overnight or freeze] Cook pasta in large pan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Serve chicken sauce with hot pasta.
