Spaghetti With Asparagus Sauce

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 500 Gram
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
For asparagus sauce
  Fresh asparagus spears 500 Gram, trimmed
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Thick wholegrain bread slice 1
  Evaporated skim milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 60 Gram
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

1.Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packetdirections.
2.To make sauce, steam, boil or microwave asparagus until tender.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
Cut into 3 cm pieces and set aside.
Heat oil in a trypan, add breadcrumbs and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
Stir in milk and asparagus, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Mix in cheese and continue to cook until melted.
Season to taste with pepper.
3.Place spaghetti on a warmed serving platter, spoon over sauce and toss gently to combine.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
