Pasta Alfredo Style

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce, grated
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, diced
  Cooked enriched linguine/Spaghetti 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Melt margarine in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
Add the yogurt and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts; add linguine or spaghetti.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
Divide evenly.
