Set Power Select at LOW.
Combine egg, milk and salt; gradually add flour, stirring until smooth after each addition of flour to form a soft dough.
On floured surface, knead dough until smooth, about 30 times.
Roll dough very thin; roll up loosely in jelly-roll fashion.
Slice dough 1/4-inch thick.
Unroll each slice and arrange on wax paper lined glass oven tray (Cut noodles to fit tray if necessary).
Heat 14 to 16 minutes or until noodles are dry.
To Prepare for Eating: In 3-quart casserole dish, add noodles to 6 cups boiling salted water.
Heat 9 1/2 to 11 1/2 minutes or until noodles are tender; let stand, 3 minutes before draining to serve.
