|Water||3 Quart, salted|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Parmesan and romano cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Powdered milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Cook noodles in water until tender.
Drain and place in a large serving dish that can be heated on low burner.
Then slowly add cheese.
Mix milk and powdered milktogether and stir into noodles gently.
When well blended, stir in pepper, to taste, and minced parsley, if desired.
