Meat Filled Manicotti

Ingredients
  Manicotti pieces 8 Ounce (Uncooked, 14 Pieces)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti sauce 32 Ounce (3 1/2 Cups)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook manicotti according to package directions; drain.
(Cool in a single layer on wax paper or aluminum foil to prevent the manicotti from sticking together.) Brown beef in skillet; drain and cool slightly.
Combine browned meat, egg, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, milk, parsley, salt and pepper; stuff into cooked manicotti.
Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Arrange filled manicotti in single layer over sauce.
Add 1 cup water to remaining 2 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce and pour over manicotti.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° 40 minutes: Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
