|Chorizo sausage||8 Ounce, sliced into 12 pieces (225 Gram)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|White bread slices||3 Small, quartered|
|Stuffed green olives||12|
Place chorizo sausage in a pan.
Heat gently until the juices start to run out.
Drain on kitchen paper and reserve.
Add oil to pan and fry bread for 2-3 mins.
Using cocktail sticks, spear a piece of sausage on to each piece of bread and top with an olive.
