Simple Chorizo

Ingredients
  Chorizo sausage 8 Ounce, sliced into 12 pieces (225 Gram)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  White bread slices 3 Small, quartered
  Stuffed green olives 12
Directions

Place chorizo sausage in a pan.
Heat gently until the juices start to run out.
Drain on kitchen paper and reserve.
Add oil to pan and fry bread for 2-3 mins.
Using cocktail sticks, spear a piece of sausage on to each piece of bread and top with an olive.
