Warm Chorizo And Goat's Cheese Tarts
|Button mushrooms||100 Gram, thickly sliced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Puff pastry||500 Gram|
|Chorizo||100 Gram, skinned and chopped into chunks|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 , halved|
|Broccoli florets||16 Small, blanched|
|Goats cheese||100 Gram, broken into pieces|
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 1800C/gas 6.
Cook the mushrooms in a little olive oil until softened then scoop out.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 x 14cm squares.
Crimp the edges with a knife and prick with a fork.
Put on a baking sheet and divide the mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients between the pastry squares.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.
