Warm Chorizo And Goat's Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Button mushrooms 100 Gram, thickly sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Puff pastry 500 Gram
  Chorizo 100 Gram, skinned and chopped into chunks
  Cherry tomatoes 8 , halved
  Broccoli florets 16 Small, blanched
  Goats cheese 100 Gram, broken into pieces
Directions

Heat the oven to 200C/fan 1800C/gas 6.
Cook the mushrooms in a little olive oil until softened then scoop out.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 x 14cm squares.
Crimp the edges with a knife and prick with a fork.
Put on a baking sheet and divide the mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients between the pastry squares.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.
