Garlicky Spaghetti Sauce With Sausage

Now here is an ultra easy and delectable sauce for spaghetti. Use mild Italian sausage but feel free to use the hot kind if you like the heat. You will love this sauce!This recipe is from Italian cuisine.
Ingredients
  Ground sausage 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1
  Garlic cloves 4 Large, minced
  Crushed tomatoes 30 Ounce (Two 15-Ounce Cans)
  White mushrooms 6 Large, sliced
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Coat bottom of pan with olive oil and heat.
Add sausage and brown.
Drain.
Wipe skillet and add more olive oil.
Heat.
Add onion and brown.
Add the garlic and mix.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until you can smell the garlic.
Add the sausage and mix well.
Add the crushed tomatoes, the mushrooms, the basil and the oregano.
Mix well.
Bring pan to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Stir occasionally.
Serve.
