Pasta With Clam Sauce
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chablis/Other dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Linguini||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
1. In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir soup until smooth; stir in clams with their liquid, milk, wine, parsley, Parmesan and garlic. Cover with lid; microwave on high 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
2. Toss with linguini; serve with additional Parmesan.
