Put the meat in a saucepan and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to break up the meat.
Add the Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce, bring it to the boil and lower the heat.
Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile cook the tortellini in a pan of lightly salted boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes until just tender.
Drain in a colander.
Melt the butter in the pan, add the tortellini and toss until light coated.
Add the cheese to the meat sauce.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Stir the sauce gently into the tortellini.
Arrange in a warmed serving dish and serve immediately with a mixed salad.
