Rigatoni Country Style
|Rigatoni/Macaroni||14 Ounce (3 1/2 Cups / 400 Gram)|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Spicy sausage||6 Ounce, cut into chunks / sliced (1 Cup / 175 Gram)|
|Cauliflower florets||4 Ounce (1 Cup / 100 Gram)|
|Green beans||4 Ounce, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces (1 Cup / 100 Gram)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce, diced (Whole)|
Put the rigatoni in a deep pot and just cover with boiling water. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to stand, covered, while you make the sauce.
Put the sausage pieces on a plate covered with absorbent kitchen paper (paper towels) and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Cover and keep warm.
Put the cauliflower in a bowl with the water. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Add the beans, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and vegetables. Pour the olive oil over the pasta and season with cayenne pepper. Stir in the cauliflower, beans, sausage and diced mozzarella cheese, cover and heat through for 1 minute
