Stage1-Cook shells in boiling water until done, let cool.
Stage2-Cook beef in skillet with onion and seasonings until brown.
Stage3-Shred cheeses in bowl.
Stage4-Stuff shells with meat and cheeses including ricotta cheese.
Stage5-Add spaghetti sauce over top and bottom of shells.
Stage6-Layer Provolone cheese over top of manicotti.
Stage7-Bake at 375 degrees fareinhite for at least 45 minutes.
