American Ravioli

Ingredients
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Macaroni 7 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Water 60 Milliliter (1/2 Tomato Sauce Can)
Directions

Melt the shortening in skillet and saute the onion in shortening until tender.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Place half the beef mixture in a casserole and add half the macaroni.
Add half the soup, then add half the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Mix the tomato sauce and water and pour over the cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
