Pork Strips and Pasta
|Pork loin||2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Scallions||5 , minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg noodles||1 Pound, cooked al dente, drained (Use Narrow Egg Noodle)|
Saute the pork strips in oil until browned, add broth and scallions; season with salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; add to the pork pan.
Taste for seasoning.
Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve over the hot noodles.
