Pork Strips And Pasta

Ingredients
  Pork loin 2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 5 , minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg noodles 1 Pound, cooked al dente, drained (Use Narrow Egg Noodle)
Directions

Saute the pork strips in oil until browned, add broth and scallions; season with salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; add to the pork pan.
Taste for seasoning.
Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve over the hot noodles.
