King Crab Fettuccine
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Alaskan king crab meat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh fettuccine||12 Ounce|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add crabmeat, cheese, cream, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes. Keep warm.
Cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until "al dente." Drain and toss with crab sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with additional Parmesan on the side.
