Rhu's Spaghetti And Meatballs With Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), crushed
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dry red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Beef meatballs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Hot cooked spaghetti 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Fresh parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, finely shredded to make 6 tablespoons
Directions

1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, andgarlic,- saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add the remaining ingredients,- bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
