Shrimp Ravioli With Curry Sauce

  Finely chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Minced ginger 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Shrimp 8 Ounce, finely chopped
  Wonton wrappers 32
  Finely chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)

Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.
Add mushrooms, green onions, ginger and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Place 1 rounded tablespoonful shrimp mixture in center of 1 wonton wrapper; brush edges with water.
Top with second wonton wrapper; seal edges.
Repeat with remaining shrimp mixture and wonton wrappers.
Bring 2 quarts water to a boil in medium saucepan; add 4 to 6 ravioli.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until ravioli are tender.
Remove and repeat with remaining ravioli.
