Ingredients
6 ounces large bow-tie (farfelle) pasta
3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced or 1/2 lb. asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
Add chicken and mushrooms; cook until light golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add zucchini and pepper; continue cooking until vegetables
