Pasta N Salmon Toss

  Medium shell macaroni/Corkscrew macaroni 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chilled cooked salmon 8 Ounce
  Torn spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 8 , halved
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon

Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Place cooked pasta in a medium salad bowl.
Meanwhile, for dressing, in a screw-top jar combine salad oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cover and shake well.
Pour dressing over warm pasta.
Toss lightly to coat.
Cover and marinate pasta in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, tossing mixture occasionally.
For salad, break salmon into large chunks.
Add the spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms to pasta-dressing mixture.
Toss lightly to coat.
Then add salmon and toss lightly again.
Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
