Tortellini With Green Cabbage
|Beef bouillon cubes||3 , dissolved in 3 cups hot water|
|Hot water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cheese filled tortellini||8 Ounce (1 Package, Fresh)|
|Finely shredded green cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Light sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a wide 3-quart pan, bring bouillon mixture to a boil over high heat.
Add tortellini, reduce heat, and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and continue to cook gently, stirring occasionally, until pasta has absorbed almost all liquid and is just tender to bite (3 to 4 minutes).
Season to taste with pepper.
