Spicy Tuna Pasta Toss
|Corkscrew pasta||6 Ounce (Uncooked, Tri Color Pasta)|
|Canned tuna in spring water||12 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (Tuna Chunks, 2 Cans, 6 1/8 Ounce Each)|
|Sweet yellow pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), quartered|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|No salt added salsa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Curly leaf lettuce leaves||4|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
Drain; rinse under cold water, and drain.
Combine pasta, tuna, and next 3 ingredients.
Combine salsa, mayonnaise, and red pepper.
Add to pasta mixture; toss.
Cover and chill.
