Tuna With Penne Lemon And Parsley

Ingredients
  Cooked penne 3 Cup (48 tbs) (About 8 Ounces Uncooked Tube-Shaped Pasta)
  Canned albacore tuna in water 12 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Grated fresh parmesan cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

1 . Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
