Mediterranean Orzo And Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked orzo pasta 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peeled cubed english cucumber 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Quartered grapes/Quartered cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped kalamata olives/Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Bottled minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Crumbled feta cheese 1 1⁄3 Ounce (1/3 Cup)
Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.
2. Combine lemon juice and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl,- stir well with a whisk. Pour over orzo mixture,- add cheese, tossing gently to coat. Serve at room temperature, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
