Spicy Marinara Sauce With Seafood And Pasta

  Liquid butter buds/Fat-free chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Canned whole tomatoes with juice 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon (In A Jar)
  Fat-free spaghetti sauce 27 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Hunts Light)
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced, rinsed & drained (1 Can)

Saute onions and garlic in liquid Butter Buds, or chicken broth, until onion is golden brown.
Add tomatoes and juice, basil, red pepper, mushrooms, and the can of spaghetti sauce.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
You can add shrimp, scallops, crab, or any other seafood to this sauce and serve the pasta of your choice.
It is quick and easy.
Add 155 calories for each cup of pasta used.
