Pasta Con Pollo
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Spaghetti/Linguine||12 Ounce, cooked, drained|
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add flour to make a roux and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Gradually add cream, whisking until sauce is smooth.
Add chicken, and sherry if desired, and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over pasta to serve.
