Italian Style Fettuccine Alfredo
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into pieces|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Medium egg noodles||1⁄2 Pound, cooked according to chart|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Preferably Freshly Ground)|
1. Combine butter and cream in a 1 1/2-quart glass mixing bowl or microwave-safe serving bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils, stirring twice.
2. Stir hot cooked, drained noodles into butter-cream mixture. Toss. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again. Sprinkle on pepper and toss.
