Italian Style Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into pieces
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Medium egg noodles 1⁄2 Pound, cooked according to chart
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Preferably Freshly Ground)
Directions

1. Combine butter and cream in a 1 1/2-quart glass mixing bowl or microwave-safe serving bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils, stirring twice.
2. Stir hot cooked, drained noodles into butter-cream mixture. Toss. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again. Sprinkle on pepper and toss.
