Easy Pasta Carbonara
|Turkey bacon||6 Ounce, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Hot cooked spaghetti||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Thin Variety, About 12 Ounces Uncooked Pasta)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|2% low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg substitute||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
Add garlic, and saute 1 minute or until tender.
Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta, cheese, parsley, and pepper.
Combine milk and egg substitute; stir well.
Pour milk mixture over spaghetti mixture, and cook 3 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
