Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Cook manicotti noodles according to package directions.
Combine mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese filling. Arrange in 3-quart (9" x 13") baking dish. Set aside.
Combine tomato sauce, basil and oregano. Pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Convection Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
