|Fettuccine||8 Ounce (1 Package, Uncooked)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Broccoli flowerets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small Fresh)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Diced tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unpeeled)|
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan; add pasta, and cook 7 minutes.
Drain well, and return to saucepan.
Add milk and next 8 ingredients; place over medium heat, and cook 7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in tomato.
