Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredients
  Water 3 Quart
  Fettuccine 8 Ounce (1 Package, Uncooked)
  Evaporated skimmed milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Broccoli flowerets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small Fresh)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Diced tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unpeeled)
Directions

Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan; add pasta, and cook 7 minutes.
Drain well, and return to saucepan.
Add milk and next 8 ingredients; place over medium heat, and cook 7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in tomato.
