Stuffed Pasta With Parmesan
|Cappelletti/Tortellini, or ravioli||8 Ounce (filled and shaped)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Nutmeg||1 Dash, ground|
Cook stuffed pasta in boiling salted water just till tender drain.
Place in 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Blend whipping cream into sour cream; stir in half of the parmesan cheese, the white pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour over pasta.
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350° oven about 15 minutes or till mixture is heated through.
