Penne Alle Olive

Ingredients
  Penne/Other short pasta 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chili pepper/5 milliliter /1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes 1 Small
  Canned italian plum tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can / 800 Gram)
  Black olives 7 Ounce (200 Gram, Large Size)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat the oil and fry the chopped garlic and chilli until the garlic turns golden brown.
Now add the tomatoes with their juice and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped, pitted black olives and salt to taste.
Cook the pasta, following the packet directions carefully to avoid over-cooking.
Drain, turn into a heated serving dish and stir in the sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
