Chicken Dijon Penne

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 3 , skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch cubes
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Medium penne pasta 1 Pound
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly.
Add chicken and stir-fry until tender, about 3 minutes.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add cream to skillet, stirring to blend well.
Bring mixture to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until mixture is reduced and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
