Michele McAdoo for the Kraft Kitchens shows how to make two restaurant style pasta dishes that are easy to make at home. Capelinni Capresein and Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken are sure to impress your family and friends.
For capellini capresein
  Capellini/Spaghetti 1⁄2 Pound, uncooked
  Italian dressing and marinade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kraft Tuscan House)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Halved grape/Cherry tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Kraft)
  Basil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely sliced
For fettuccine alfredo with chicken
  Fettuccine 1⁄2 Pound, uncooked
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into strips
  Fat free reduced sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce, cubed (Half Of 8 Ounce Philadelphia Packet)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon, divided (Kraft)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Capellini Capresein

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Add tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta. Add to tomato mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 25 min
Servings: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups each

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Mix broth and flour in same skillet. Stir in Neufchatel, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper; cook 2 min. or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in chicken.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
- Prepare as directed, using whole wheat fettuccine.
- Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked broccoli before serving."
