|Nuts||3 Tablespoon (kaju,badam,pista)|
|Cardamoms||2 , powdered|
|Condensed milk||1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (a little less than 1/2 tin of Condensed Milk, for those who have a very sweet tooth 1/2 tin can be added or sugar as per taste)|
|Ghee/Butter||2 Tablespoon (pure)|
Heat ghee in a pan, fry the Vermicelli until light brown.(colour changes slightly ghee gets coated)
Bring milk to a boil. Add condensed milk or sugar (optional), vermicelli and cardamom powder.
Cook until soft and top with raisins and nuts. (raisins and nuts taste best when heated in ghee)
