Sweet Vermicelli

This is generally prepared on almost all festivals and by people of all communities.very easy and tasty dish
Ingredients
  Vermicelli 50 Gram
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Nuts 3 Tablespoon (kaju,badam,pista)
  Cardamoms 2 , powdered
  Condensed milk 1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (a little less than 1/2 tin of Condensed Milk, for those who have a very sweet tooth 1/2 tin can be added or sugar as per taste)
  Milk 1⁄2 Liter
  Ghee/Butter 2 Tablespoon (pure)
Directions

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, fry the Vermicelli until light brown.(colour changes slightly ghee gets coated)
Bring milk to a boil. Add condensed milk or sugar (optional), vermicelli and cardamom powder.
Cook until soft and top with raisins and nuts. (raisins and nuts taste best when heated in ghee)
