Orzo Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Uncooked orzo pasta 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion soup mix/Onion-mushroom soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Water 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Shiitake mushrooms/White mushrooms 6 Ounce, sliced
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 3-quart heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and cook garlic with orzo, stirring constantly, 2 1/2 minutes or until golden.
Stir in onion soup mix blended with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms; do not stir.
Simmer covered 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley.
Turn into serving bowl.
Liquid will not be totally absorbed.
Let stand 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
