Penne With Cabbage And Sausage
|Hot italian sausages||6 , skin removed and broken into pieces|
|Spanish onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Cabbage leaves||1⁄3 , outer leaves removed, cut into small slices and chunks|
|Marinara sauce||12 Ounce (Half Of 24 Ounce Rao's Jar)|
1. Saute sausage bits in a large skillet until some fat is rendered. Add the onion and cook until the onion is golden and the sausage has browned. Add cabbage and stir to coat with the oil.
2. Cover and cook about 6-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is nicely wilted. Add the Rao's sauce and cook until heated through.
3. Meanwhile, boil penne in salted water. Drain and add to sauce.
