Ingredients
  Lemons 2
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced (Large Clove)
  Minced fresh parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Angel hair pasta 1 Pound
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Grate yellow zest from lemons, being careful not to include any bitter white pith. In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, garlic, and parsley. Set gremolata aside.
