Santa Fe Chicken & Pasta
|Mild chunky salsa||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Hot cooked ziti pasta||5 Cup (80 tbs) (8 Ounce Uncooked)|
|French fried onions||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), divided|
|Fully cooked carved chicken breast||10 Ounce (2 Cups Cut Up Chicken, 1 Package)|
|Cubed monterey jack cheese with jalapeno||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Preheat oven to 375 °F.
In large bowl, mix salsa, soup and sour cream.
Stir in pasta, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, chicken and cheese; mix well.
Spoon into 3-quart casserole.
Cover; bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions.
Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
